Job Summary
Responsible for development and ongoing review of business strategies and fiscal stability of the self-sustaining, revenue generating auxiliary enterprises and internal service organizations that comprise Campus Support Services including Wolstein Center Arena, Parking & Transportation, Bookstore, and Duplicating Services. Provides key decision-making support to the senior leadership and division staff on a broad range of planning, policy, organizational and procedural matters. Oversees assigned staff. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong customer service skills. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in a related, complex, self-supporting or for-profit business environment.
- Three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
