Job Summary
Handles payment processing, holding account entries, and third-party transactions. Prepares student account summaries to support employer reimbursements and ensures timely, accurate responses to Bursar tracking cases. Collaborates with senior Bursar staff to set and achieve goals while maintaining professional interactions with all internal and external stakeholders. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, education administration, or related field.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement. One (1) year of related work experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education. For example, a candidate with a high school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent and four (6) years of experience can be eligible to apply.
