Spray Booth Operator ~ 2nd shift ($2,000 Sign On Bonus)

WORK HOURS: 

2nd shift ~ Mon - Th (4pm-2:30am or 4pm-4am) $2 shift premium

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select, prepare, and mix coatings and linings per specification and order
• Set up spray booth equipment
• Ability to operate and maintain all Spray booth, Spray guns and supporting equipment
• Start up, operate and shutdown RTO, Burn off, Spray and Compound ovens
• Performs spray booth Daily, Weekly and Monthly Preventative maintenance.
• Cleans and maintain spray gun and equipment and leaves equipment clean and prepared for the next shift
• Performs quality verifications per specification
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Haar Hiperform line

  Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required)
• Aptitude
• Basic Computer Skills
• Color Vision

Currently, we have four pail plants located strategically throughout the United States to support our customers. At our Streetsboro facility, we have a metal stamping plant to provide component parts for our pails.
