What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biochemistry Faculty (on campus) position at Cleveland University-Kansas City?
OUR POSITION
Cleveland University-Kansas City is seeking faculty candidates to teach the biochemistry and basic nutrition classes in person at our Overland Park campus. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing course management and instruction as assigned, delivering dynamic presentations to engage student interests and learning, effectively and objectively evaluating student performance, and keeping current with the literature and incorporating new information into courses.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications:
- PhD in Biochemistry or closely related field.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to effectively teach other basic science content typically taught in health professions as needed.
