Position Overview
Cleveland Wirecloth is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to help expand our market presence and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong collaboration skills and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Develop and implement outbound strategies to identify and engage potential customers
· Engage decision-makers in conversations regarding our products and services
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities
Relationship Management:
· Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
· Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospects and customer contacts, interactions, sales activities, and forecast information
· Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients
Sales Excellence:
· Develop and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and pricing to meet customer requirements
· Collaborate and partner with other members of our sales team
· Collect, organize, and assemble data for reports, presentations, and special projects
· Work closely with the production team throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality results
· Maintain CRM/ERP systems to accurately record and update customer information and sales activities
Market Analysis & Strategy
· Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
· Identify and target high-potential markets and customer segments
· Develop marketing-related initiatives that support sales objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of sales experience or account management experience
- Submit to pre-employment screening
Desired Skills and Experiences
- Experience in outbound sales or account management
- Proficiency in metals, manufacturing, or technical sales
- Experience with a CRM or ERP platform
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems/standards
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
