What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sound Technican position at Clevelander Ocean LP?
- Responsible for the set-up, operation, repair, and maintenance of sound, audiovisual and lighting systems in several entertainment spaces of Jesta Hotels and Resorts.
- This person is also responsible to assist with and oversees the set-up of all audio equipment necessary for the performances of Band and DJ sets.
- Ensures that monthly speaker check is completed in a timely manner and reports any issues or findings to the Entertainment Manager.
- Carries out regular maintenance in all assigned venues and works with the Entertainment Manager to see that any malfunctioning equipment is either repaired or replaced.
- Maintains the artistic standards for programming, performances, and events at Jesta Hotels and Resorts.
- Oversees the safety and cleanliness of staging, storage rooms, and other areas of the entertainment team.
- Coordinates stage change requirements provided by the Entertainment Manager.
- Implements monthly clean-up procedures for the department.
- Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their program/event.
- Works with Human Resources, Engineering, and Risk Management to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and or requirements.
- Supports the operational aspects of the business book.
- Maintains and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
Salary : $18 - $25
