Summary : Clevelander VIP Host / Marketing Model functions as the face of Clevelander’s nightlife experience, providing memorable first impressions to guests. The VIP Host / Marketing Model is responsible to greet guests upon arrival for reservations, create and manage guest lists, seat guests, take orders and ensure service is seamless ultimately ensuring an exceptional nightlife service experience for Clevelander guests.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Serves as the face of nightlife operations, marketing the venue and products and services offered as guests arrive to Clevelander Pool Patio and rooftop venues
• Delivers an enthusiastic, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure
• Consistently delivers exceptional service to guests while entertaining in a professional manner in accordance with the Company’s brand expectations
• Builds relationships with guests that add value to the guest experience
• Interacts and entertains guests in a cordial and gracious manner, thereby creating a memorable experience and building guest loyalty
• Grows revenue by maximizing available space, strategically positioning guests within the venue, and upholding table minimums imposed by management
• Effectively communicates established table minimums to guests in a positive, welcoming, and upbeat manner
• Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate the flow of business and guest’s needs, and to assist team members in delivering an exceptional service experience
• Immediately communicates with management and service team members guest requirements, expectations, needs, and all relevant information to provide the best possible service experience
• Maintains excellent knowledge of floor plans, table numbers, the flow of service (fair rotation and seating distribution), and management expectation for execution
• Provides quality guest service and promotes and markets the hotel and restaurant
• Participates in in-house modeling programs, guest events, and performs model / presenter tasks at Clevelander events
• Models Clevelander apparel and accessories while greeting guests, and maintains an appearance consistent with the Company’s brand expectations
• Maintains weight and appearance levels consistent with that at time of hire
• Meets or exceeds quality service standards according to the Company’s outlined expectations
• Quickly assists management whenever requested; and provides considerate guidance, direction, and assistance to team members on a daily basis
• Maintains and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures at all time

In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel :
