THE TEAM
The Security team is a cross-organization dynamic team responsible for providing frameworks, tools, strategies, and methods to enable the business and drive down cyber risk, securing our corporate and cloud infrastructure that runs our industry-leading SaaS platform. Our technologists sit across the globe, ensuring the highest bar of standards in technical quality, keeping our customers front and center.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AND ACHIEVE
- Join an already high-intensity, successful company in driving exponential revenue trajectory, scaling security programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Design a security technical strategy that defines Zuora as the most trusted SaaS provider in the world.
- Be the key connector and bring multiple perspectives to Product, Engineering, IT, and the technical community in this important and highly visible role.
- Lead deep technical design discussions and strategy within our team, across partner teams, the company, and customers ensuring that we’re building and delivering a 21st-century security infrastructure.
- Lead security risk assessments and oversee risk management processes.
- Establish standards for secure application development, including oversight and management of all pertinent security requirements, security testing, and security audits.
- Design advanced methods to protect Zuora from cyber-attacks at all levels.
- Oversee the approval, training, and dissemination of policies, procedures, standards, controls, and guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends and evolving threats with vulnerabilities, monitor control techniques.
- Keep Management & Board informed about related security risks and implications for the enterprise.
