Seeking a mid-level associate to join its Private Equity M&A practice. Qualified candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a preference for private equity-led M&A transactions. In particular, candidates should possess the ability to serve as "deal leads" from inception of an M&A transaction to finish, and should be capable of drafting and negotiating transaction documents with partner-level collaboration.
