M&A and Transaction Cyber Solutions / Managing Director

How would you like to lead Aon's US M&A Transaction Cyber Practice? You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in developing strategies to take ownership and accelerate the strategic growth ambition for Aon's Cyber TAS business in the US. Your team will focus solely on delivering value to clients through securing investments and improving returns. As the leader, you will partner with the Transaction Advisory Services leadership team focusing on Digital / Cyber M&A in North America and our Global Cyber Solutions team.

Responsibilities as a New Leader

• Develop innovative approaches for commercial growth, improving the proposition and operational execution to achieve client success.
• Accountable for achieving commercial growth of the business, expanding an established multi-million dollar operation to the next stage, including effectively onboarding new talent.
• Cultivate relationships with colleagues in Aon Cyber Solutions who provide a range of specialist technical expertise that will deliver successful client outcomes using existing capabilities and resources.
• Ensure seamless interaction with Cyber Solutions to enrich the Aon proposition, delivery of operating models and future investment.
• Educate, influence and evangelize the investor market regarding Cyber Security by speaking at key industry events and crafting thought-leadership articles.
• Responsible for quality of end-to-end client delivery across Cyber Due diligence, Cyber post-deal reviews, carve-outs, integrations and other transaction scenarios to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ensure successful Cyber delivery resources in multiple geographies while being accountable for the development of assigned individuals.
• Supply to the broader AMATS practice success within and outside Cyber / Digital.
• Contribute to internal practice development by enhancing market propositions and delivery methodologies.
• Identify new areas of opportunity and growth of Digital / Cyber TAS services and give to Aon's broader innovation agenda.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
