As a VP, Product Management & Investor Relations, you will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Your impact as a VP, Product Management & Investor Relations
Aon IPS-Capital Markets is currently searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player to join as a Vice President in the Capital Markets Group, which encompasses structured credit and direct lending solutions, as well as other bespoke cross-platform strategies. Based in either New York, San Francisco, or Chicago, the Vice President will report to the Head of Capital Markets and be responsible for all aspects of product management and investor relations for the global Capital Markets Platform, including investment presentations and updates to clients, consultants, and prospects; product development and fundraising activities; internal reporting and aggregating analytics; creating and maintaining investment marketing materials; performing in-depth competitive analysis; and reviewing competitive performance.
While initially the role will be a hybrid function of both operational management and client-facing responsibilities, ultimately, the intensity of this role will be new business and success-oriented.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and refine existing fundraising & due diligence materials such as private placement memorandums (PPMs), investor presentations, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
- Construct / review all client reporting deliverables and organize portfolio update calls or meetings.
- Work directly with investors and Aon’s internal teams to communicate strategies and develop materials for the business development team.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and Aon IPS-Capital Markets product development.
- Draft written correspondence to investors and develop strategic initiatives.
