Responsibilities :
- Drive Commercial Risk / Broking Strategy to deliver results for the practice and the firm.
- Deliver Aon United to improve communication and collaboration to enable cross-selling opportunities, innovative solutions, and the ability to bring relevant insights to clients.
- Maintain and build carrier relationships, including support of Aon Inpoint.
- Support brokers with deal architecture skills on our most complex placements.
- Support the necessary development of marketing materials, market updates and improvement of standard information for RFPs and other client / prospect-related needs.
- Support and drive growth and innovation plans and strategies in connection with leadership.
- Drive growth strategy, pipeline development, growth plans and execution with the team.
- Increase practice / team connectivity within the Aon network.
- Execute the Talent Agenda in connection with members of the leadership team.
- Support Leadership with global strategy and execution to further development of best practices within the practice globally.
- Create and develop goals and objectives of transportation and logistics and bring best practices to the Aviation team.
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
