As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting the People Organization globally. You will report directly to the Deputy Chief People Officer, Shared Services and the Global Leaders of Innovation and Digital Client Solutions (DCS). This leader will serve as the primary People Org advisor to the Innovation and DCS Leadership Teams and will play an active and consultative role in crafting and guiding the overall global talent strategy for the business.ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted relationships with the Innovation & DCS Leadership Teams to plan, develop, monitor, and measure the success of the overall Innovation & DCS People strategies.Advise and consult on Global matters and initiatives, cascading the information to the regional PO teams.Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Innovation & DCS business models, enabling strategic consulting on people initiatives.Develop both in-year and multi-year talent strategies consistent with the Solution Lines growth and contribution margin plan.Provide input into key staffing and hiring decisions to ensure growth and Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) objectives are met.Define and cascade performance expectations and goals aligned to Solution Line, Regional and Corporate Objectives.Maintain an aggregated global view of Innovation & DCS talent, capabilities, culture, and critical needs.Partner with the Innovation & DCS aligned People Org teams globally.Ensure the team is equipped to guide and collaborate with Innovation & DCS colleagues and leaders in the regions.Work with the Regional CPOs to ensure talent life-cycle processes are run with an Aon United approach.Influence and participate in the development of the Solution Line Global People org strategy.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseAble to consult to the entire People Org Service Delivery Model with a coordinated, global perspective.Able to build effective links at all levels of the organization.Consistent track record of working in a sophisticated environment.Creative and adept at problem-solving, with an appreciation of diverse cultures.Possesses strong business and financial foresight.An empowering management style that encourages open debate and collaborative decision-making.Effective communicator with a high level of self-confidence and credibility.A leader that demonstrates core values : Committed, United, and Passionate.We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
