Job Summary
The Executive Director of National Partner Sales will lead the continued growth of
MEMBERS ONLYSIGN UP NOWBusiness and Masergy sales through a team of National Partner Sales Directors (NPSD's). This role will manage top partners while driving the strategy to sell through numerous downstream partners across the nation. You'll be accountable to drive sales, program awareness, generate demand, and nurture indirect partner prospects. This role is quota-based with significant sales and revenue responsibility and requires a strong business development focus.Core Responsibilities
Responsible for Technology Service Distributor sales partner relationships, including contracting, on-boarding, and ongoing management.Drive joint business planning efforts with all partners that generate actionable quarterly and annual plans.Establish overall goals, budgets, and strategic direction with each assigned partner.Conduct regular operations review meetings to identify and remedy operational issues.Develop coordinated joint field selling efforts between the partners' Channel Managers andMEMBERS ONLYSIGN UP NOWMasergy I / PSMs.Create impactful go-to-market strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.Manage partner contracts and monitor adherence to overall terms and conditions.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Preferred Requirements
Proven understanding of and experience sellingMEMBERS ONLYSIGN UP NOWBusiness and Masergy products and services.Individual must be proactive, have high energy, and be self-motivated.Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships internally and externally.Strong analytical and presentation skills.Must be willing to travel (up to 50% travel).Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.Education Level
MBA or equivalent preferred.
Years of Experience
Minimum of 15 years in sales in telecom and / or high tech channels, marketing, or business development preferred.
Salary :
Pay Range : $158,594.56 - $237,891.83
