Profile :

ONE Sotheby's International Realty's Development Division is looking for an Executive Vice President of Sales / Sr. Director of Sales to help launch several developments during Q3-4 2023 and Q1 2024 and propel a growing Development Division into the future. The Executive VP of Development Sales has a primary responsibility of leading all sales-related processes and procedures across all products offered by ONE Sotheby's International Realty's Development Division. The EVP of Sales will manage the sales department parameters and processes for the Development Division, designing, developing, and executing thoughtful strategies and tactics that will increase business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with President / CEO and senior executive team to identify key strategies that will enable achievement of maximum sales volume.
  • Define and establish short- and long-term sales goals and quotas that align with corporate objectives.
  • Create strategies alongside other executive team members to ensure teams are efficient and cohesive, optimizing business development opportunities through outside and inside sales efforts.
  • Manage successful relationships with existing sales team members (including Sales Directors), providing direction and overall leadership for the Division.
  • Regularly measure and analyze effectiveness of sales efforts, with the goal of continually improving processes and procedures.
  • Engage with key top-producing agents / teams, nurturing and maintaining critical relationships across the company. Travel is a must.
  • Provide real estate expertise to the sales team, teaching how to provide consultative services to developers.
  • Lead all efforts associated with account management, inside sales, and business development, ensuring teams can continue to grow and provide exceptional service to clients, real estate community, and developers. Training is a key sales function.

Requirements :

  • Proven results as a Sr. Director / VP of Sales or a similarly relevant role required - experience working in real estate new development required.
  • Must have strong Real Estate industry experience combined with sales leadership.
  • Must have proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams and areas of expertise across multiple cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to create a healthy organizational culture - a demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (bilingual : Eng / Spa, multilingual, other languages preferred).
  • Proven track record in a mid-size high growth fast-paced, entrepreneurial company environment.
