Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group (STG) is seeking an experienced Managing Director to join our leadership team and help to accelerate the development of our advisory business focused on clients in the insurance industry, particularly reinsurers. This is a unique opportunity to be a key part of scaling a leading differentiated consulting business.
STG is Aon’s new global consulting and technology business focused on, but not limited to, insurance and reinsurance companies. The team provides strategy consulting and advisory services to many prestigious companies in Global Reinsurance, leveraging Aon’s proprietary data and the knowledge of its global network of insurance industry experts to derive unique insights into competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Develop STG’s advisory business, leading growth in the reinsurance sector.
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives.
- Grow the reinsurance advisory revenue base.
- Deliver sophisticated advisory services to reinsurance clients.
- Create a cohesive shared culture across STG and Aon Reinsurance teams.
- Foster a culture of development and learning to nurture talent.
