Are you a dynamic and accomplished design professional looking to lead our talented Product Design group within Consumer Benefit Solutions? The SVP of Product Design and Solutions will be responsible for setting the vision and organizational structure of the Design and Consumer Experience team and will advocate for strong growth design principles and superior creative solutions throughout the organization. This position can be worked virtually from anywhere in the Continental United States.What the day will look like : Lead and inspire the creative team to think big and continually raise the creative bar.Partner with internal stakeholders across the editorial, growth, and sales teams to create bold ideas that can become scalable executions.Help to maintain the highest design & solutions standards and create a cohesive, consistent brand identity across Consumer Benefit Solutions.Foster a culture of creative thinking and innovation across the organization.Liaise with Business Leaders to set ideation Product Roadmaps, define KPIs and present program execution including Return on Investment.Partner with external Brokers to synergy strategies and integrations to deliver best in class consumer solutions.Setup Best Practices for design thinking from ideation to ready for investment.Focus on Growth channels / opportunities.Run design thinking labs and generate Market analysis and quantitative data to drive Future strategies forward.Actively recruit for future roles to support our growth.Represent Consumer Benefits Solutions at industry events, panels, and groups.Partner with Marketing to set creative Go to Market Sales collaterals.How this opportunity is different : Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions helps employees make better decisions through enhanced education, improved engagement, efficient enrollment, and better benefits.
