Responsibilities :

  • Co-create overall Lag3 development strategy with Lag 3 Development Lead.
  • Develop organizational views of how to maximize Lag3 asset value.
  • Drive progress and optimal execution of clinical development and data generation plans aligned to tumor strategies through the PD&C process.
  • Lead the development and execution of the global strategic launch plan and communication platform of near-term launch indications.
  • Manage ongoing global commercialization initiatives in partnership with key markets.
  • Identify and address in-market challenges and opportunities related to Lag3 development and commercialization.
  • Provide expertise and insights into cross portfolio / branding of Lag3 and Lag3 combinations.
  • Lead and develop a direct team of commercial tumor leads.
  • Partner with Tumor Strategy Leads to drive long-term tumor strategies and scenario planning in priority tumors.
  • Balance commercial and scientific acumen with the ability to influence senior key stakeholders across functions.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding and experience with the global pharmaceutical landscape, R&D, marketing, and commercial operations.
  • Show demonstrated ability and desire to work in a highly visible, high-pressure, fast-paced, and complex market.
  • Desire to take calculated risks to move the organization forward.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams required.
  • Knowledge of the drug development and clinical trial process, including the Product Development and Commercialization Process preferred.
  • Proficiency in finance and forecasting.
  • Ability to leverage data / analytics / insights to articulately tell a story for targeted audiences.
