We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that encourages everyone to succeed.Summary : The Vice President of Engineering, Agent and Customer Experience is an entrepreneurial, growth-minded leader responsible for building to support the customer and agent experiences that will change the future of residential real estate.Responsibilities : Collaborate with agent and consumer product teams to develop a vision and strategy for consumer and agent facing experiences.Build a high-performing technical team to deliver RealSure’s digital vision.Research industry trends and capitalize on opportunities.Show visionary thinking and solve complex issues.Track record of talent development and building high performing technical teams.Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive leadership.Agile leadership of teams, both homegrown and third-party integration.Ability to partner with offshore technical resources.Experience with CRM and CMS solutions.What you bring : Minimum of 10 years experience in leading technical teams with expertise in .NET core, Java, C#, and Node.js.Experience in open source tools like GraphQL and Elasticsearch.Experience with DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and Grafana.Experience with third-party integration tools like Okta and Zendesk.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.5 years of experience in a highly matrixed environment.Ability to influence at all levels and a strong listener to both customer needs and stakeholder concerns.Location : This role is 100% remote with some travel required for strategic meetings.#LI-AG1 #LI-Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
