What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP Project Management Insurance position at CLevelCrossing?
Sitting with the CEO Office, the ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading projects related to Sales Enablement, Leads Management & Conversion, Partnerships with FA network, and Compliance regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee projects to improve leads management and leads conversion rates.
- Deliver projects according to scope, targets, and objectives based on time of delivery, budget, and quality.
- Work closely with C-Suite leaders to ensure quality and timely management reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring high adoption and delivery of solutions, ensuring suitable roll-out strategy and engagement.
- Maintain high touch with the business to ensure consistent project updates and communication, as well as working with relevant external stakeholders.
- Ensure change deployment and transition to all departments to drive quality and compliance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve difficulties on policy, process, and other technical requirements (depending on individual expertise).
- Accountable for escalation of the problems according to guidelines.
