Job Summary
The Senior Director, Strategy & Reporting provides leadership in the execution of selected strategic initiatives and functions as the lead for BOD and investor reporting.
Functions & Job Responsibilities
- Manage all fundraising and investment activities, including leading diligence processes, acting as liaison between company and any investment banking and legal resources, and crafting presentation materials for board review
- Maintain long-term financial planning model for use in valuation, financial planning, and cash forecasting for fundraising and investment activities, ad-hoc analyses, and projections for management / Board of Directors
- Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of all Board of Director and related committee materials for regularly scheduled and ad-hoc meetings
- With senior leadership, prepares for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) including materials, presentations, analyses, coordination.
- Support the development of strategic plan and on-going performance tracking via Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Perform regular and ad hoc market research, tracking industry news related to public and private companies both central to Clever Care’s strategy, as well as in adjacent markets
- Develop tools to include scorecards and key initiative documents to monitor and report on the progress against the strategic and annual business plans goals and metrics to key audiences including the Board, investors, management and employees. Keep the executive leadership team informed on status and performance through regular communications, forecasts, and KPIs
- Partnering with the VP, Controller, operates as a key liaison for periodic 409A and debt valuation updates
- Lead Investor Relations for Company including periodic noticing, communication with investors and timely responses to quarterly and ad-hoc data requests
- Oversee FP&A participation in Sales & Marketing reporting and analytics
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Seven (7) years of relevant senior-level experience in corporate development, particularly in financial modeling and transactional execution
- Five (5) years of operational and leadership experience in government-sponsored insurance industry strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of current MA marketing trends, benefits and design
- Previous high-growth startup experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Public Administration or related field
