We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our team on complex design build technology integration programs within the transit market. At Clever Devices Ltd., our mission is to deliver innovative technology solutions that improve the quality of mobility in communities worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large programs in a complex external customer environment, ensuring the applicable technology deployment and schedule performance of assigned projects meet established standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project plans with a large transit agency
- Communicating project progress to stakeholders and meeting program requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinating program activities, such as issue tracking and risk mitigation, facilitating program team meetings, and preparing/delivering status reports
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure successful project execution
A minimum of 10 years' experience on technology integration projects with gradually increasing responsibilities is required. The ideal candidate should also possess strong leadership skills, having led teams on large-scale ($25M USD ) technology integration projects for at least 5 years.
