About the Role :
Clever Bee Academy is growing, and we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Center Director for our Arlington location!
As the Center Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our center, managing staff, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (child development, special education, elementary education or human service field with 30 ECE credits)
- Minimum of 3-5 documented supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong leadership, process and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
