About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Float Teacher to join our team. As a Float Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children of all ages for all locations in the Cleveland area including Ridge Road, Broadway, Arbor Park, Kinsman and St. Clair. You will work closely with our team of educators to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. Your main goal will be to ensure that all children in your care receive the attention and support they need to thrive.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting
- Ability to pass BCI/FBI and ODJFS Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field and 1 years of experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Experience working with children of all ages
- CPL III or Child Development Associate Certification upon hire (CDA sponsorship available)
- CPR and First Aide Certified
Responsibilities:
