Summary of the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
A PTA is responsible for assisting Physical Therapist in helping patients recover and rehabilitate from the effects of a serious illness, injury or medical event, regaining their own best possible level of functional ability, well-being and independence.

Job Requirements of Registered Physical Therapists (PTA) :
Current Florida License as a PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)
Current CPR
At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
