- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are sourced effectively.

Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in catering and event services.
- Previous roles as an Assistant Manager or in Food Service Management will be considered an asset.
