- Monitor inventory levels and manage food handling processes to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient kitchen operations and uphold food management practices, and ensure appropriate food ordering.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to foster a positive dining experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are sourced effectively.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant's operational needs.
- Maintain daily social media posting.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in catering and event services.
- Previous roles as an Assistant Manager or in Food Service Management will be considered an asset.
