Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong Carpentry and Framing skills, experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools, and Finish Carpentry expertise. You must also be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
A physical strength and stamina for manual labor are necessary, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Certification or apprenticeship in Carpentry is desirable but not essential.
