Responsibilities
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to designated areas using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Operate farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Conduct inspections of treated areas to assess the effectiveness of applications and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including types of products used and areas treated.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding pest control and lawn care services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies to job sites as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping and pest control.
- Knowledge of farm machinery operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with pest control methods, lawn care practices, and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services to potential customers.

- A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
