Interior Designer

Clic Design Studio is looking for a passionate and versatile Interior Designer who thrives on variety and is eager to take ownership of diverse projects. If you're excited about shaping spaces across workplace, multi-family, recreation, hospitality, and mixed-use environments, this is the opportunity for you!

At Clic, you'll work directly alongside our founders, gaining firsthand exposure to both design leadership and business strategy—making a real impact on our growing firm. No two days will be the same, so adaptability, grit, and a proactive mindset are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all phases of design, from concept to construction.
• Produce technical drawings and stunning 3D visualizations.
• Present design solutions to clients with confidence.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong studio culture.
• Help refine and innovate internal systems for studio success.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in commercial interiors.
• BFA or BS in Interior Design or related field from an accredited program
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite with an understanding of SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and industry standards.
• Experience navigating building codes, ADA, and LEED guidelines.
• knowledge of building construction systems, means and methods, materials, and industry associated standards is expected.
• Adept in all phases of Interior Design document production and specifications.
• Experienced coordinating and collaborating with design consultants, general contractors, and owner's representatives. 
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
• Passion for design and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
