We're seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Specialist to join our team at Click Bond. As a critical member of our engineering department, you'll be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of control systems for various industrial applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop control systems using advanced software tools and technologies.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines.
- Conduct thorough design reviews and provide expert feedback.
- Test and commission control systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support during installation, start-up, and commissioning phases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for control systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians in control systems, wiring schematics, and ladder logic.
Essential Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi or equivalent).
- Experience with HMI programming and SCADA systems (Ignition).
- Highly skilled in electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams (SolidWorks electrical 3D and electrical schematic professional).
- Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.).
- Proficiency in control system programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, function block diagram, and sequential function chart.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C , Python, and MATLAB.
- Expertise in functional safety design for manufacturing equipment according to ISO and IEC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
