Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Analyst to join our team. Duties
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions for technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Assist users with desktop support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems.
- Maintain and monitor LAN connections to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
- Utilize ServiceNow for tracking incidents, requests, and changes in the IT environment.
- Provide guidance on IT infrastructure management and best practices to enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Document technical procedures and user guides for future reference.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role within an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and LAN configurations.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar help desk ticketing systems is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components and their management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
