Job Description
At Click Here Digital, a Marketing Coordinator ("Junior Account Manager") supports our multi-million dollar clients in many ways with tracking data, conducting mystery shops, reviewing analytics. The Marketing Coordinator also assists and supports the Account Services team with client tasks.
In-Office , Full-Time Position : Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
SALES OPTIMIZATION AUDITS
Completing various audits such as:
Mystery Shops: Submitting test leads to our client to evaluate how we compare to their competitors
Call Audits: Listening and evaluating the effectiveness of the lead handling process.
Customer Matchbacks: Matching customers in a database to see if our ads influenced their recent purchase.
Review Sales Optimization audits to ensure standards are being met on each audit before being delivered to the client.
Update website with promotional specials
Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing results
Prepare marketing reports from sales data
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Assist and support Account Services team analyze sales forecasts, prepare marketing and advertising strategies
Plan and organize promotional presentations
Coordinate client requirements with internal teams
ONGOING TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
Develop a thorough knowledge of the automotive industry and its sales processes.
Participate in company training related to our current products and services.
Maintain current Google Analytics Certification, Google Mobile Certification, and Google AdWords Certifications at all times.
Other Duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Bachelors of Science in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Mass Communications or relevant experience
At least 1 year of Digital Marketing experience with an understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Programmatic, CTV, etc)
Experience analyzing and summarizing data
Organized with ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
