What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues (via phone, in-person, or electronically).
- Perform computer repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, offering clear, user-friendly solutions.
- Manage IT Help Desk tickets and maintain accurate service records.
- Assist walk-in customers, handle Point of Sale transactions, and recommend IT solutions.
- Occasionally perform on-site service calls (reliable transportation required).
- Deliver, set up, and configure desktops, software, and technical equipment.
- Support client orientation and basic training as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Sales-minded approach—comfortable recommending products and services to clients.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and PC hardware.

Job Details:
- Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday (9 AM - 5 PM), Monday (9 AM - 1 PM); flexibility to cover other shifts is a plus.
- Location: In-person, Pleasant Grove, UT.
- Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) tips & bonuses.

Requirements:
