About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager, Click SE to join our Business Development team. This role is responsible for request for proposal (RFP) generation with pharma to create software-enhanced dosage forms of their drugs.

This position can be based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities or at our industrious office in Boston, MA. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.

Responsibilities :

• RFP Generation & Qualification :
• Identify decision-makers within target markets.
• Qualify leads to assess needs and business potential.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM.
• Software-Enhanced Drugs Pipeline Development :
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of BD opportunities with pharma to create software-enhanced dosage forms of their drugs.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies for growing the software-enhanced drugs RFP pipeline.
• Networking & Relationship Building :
• Actively participate in networking events, trade shows, webinars, and industry meetups to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and customers.
• Collaboration with BD & Marketing Teams :
• Work closely with marketing to align RFP generation activities with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with the BD team to transition qualified RFPs smoothly and effectively.
• Share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to help refine product offerings and messaging.

Qualifications :

Compensation :

The base salary range for this position is between : $130,000 - $160,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
