About the Role : Click Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Operations Intern to support the Chief of Staff and CEO in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while learning the intricacies of a high-level executive team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills, a diligent work ethic, and a passion for learning.This position is based at Click’s headquarters in Tribeca, NYC, within one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. The internship follows a hybrid format, requiring in-office attendance on Wednesdays and Fridays. Responsibilities : Prepare correspondence, draft presentations, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Chief of Staff.Assist in managing special projects, including research, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities may include tracking deadlines, managing resources, and ensuring successful project completion.Organize meeting agendas, compile relevant materials, and ensure the Chief of Staff is well-prepared for all engagements, which may include taking and distributing meeting minutes.Conduct research on various topics as needed, compile data, and generate reports or summaries for the Chief of Staff.Take ownership of assigned projects from conception to completion, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities. Qualifications : Rising sophomore or junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or Business.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
