Summary
The Natural and Social Sciences Department at Bowling Green State University Firelands College invites applications for a qualified-rank (a.k.a., non-tenure track) assistant teaching professor in psychology with a start date of August 2025. This is a full-time, renewable, 9-month faculty appointment. This position also involves directing our Human Services associate degree program.

BGSU Firelands is home to a diverse group of undergraduate programs housed in three academic departments : Applied Sciences, Humanities, and Natural and Social Sciences. Essential Functions
- Teach 12 credit hours per semester in psychology and clinically-related coursework (online and evening teaching may be required).
- Participate in professional development.
- Participate in department, college, and university service activities.
- As the Human Services program director, responsibilities will include : student advising, completing cyclical program review activities, promoting the program, and maintaining relations between the program and the community.
