The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, DNP, DrPH) in a healthcare discipline, with qualifications suitable for appointment at the rank of Professor. A proven track record in higher education administration, particularly in health-related programs, is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in accreditation processes, faculty development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and securing external funding through grants and philanthropic efforts.
