Looking for a responsible candidate to work two (6 hour) weekend shifts. Either 8 : 00 AM- 2 : 00 PM OR 2 : 00 PM- 8 : 00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday for a total of 12 hours
Job Description : Responsibilities :
Greet residents and guests in a professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist in booking services and reservations
Help maintain a clean and organized facility.
Assist with building events and parties
Light cleaning of the facilities
Requirements :
Some prior experience in working at a front desk is preferred.
Must display strong verbal and written communication and phone skills, including a professional phone manner is required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
Good interpersonal skills
The ability to retain a calm and personable demeanor
Abilities to work on weekends.
Flexible schedule however we look to provide a set schedule each month so that our team can plan their life outside of work accordingly.
Must be comfortable working at the desk alone.
