About Private Duty Nursing
Private duty nursing offers traditional shift types, hands-on care with one client, and building client relationships and watching their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric.
A Day in the Life
As an LPN with BAYADA, your day may include traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with doctors' orders, performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Compensation & Schedule
We offer competitive pay ranging from $24-$30/hr and flexible scheduling with no minimums or mandates (full-time, part-time, per diem).
