Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Collect data through various means, including observation and questioning.
- Identify potential issues and develop appropriate diagnoses based on assessment data.
- Prioritize data collection based on patient needs and condition.
- Develop individualized plans to address identified issues.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Georgia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certification if working on a designated stroke unit.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 2 years of hire.
