Role Responsibilities :
- Assesses patient physical and mental condition through comprehensive or problem-focused examinations and medical histories.
- Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and healthcare needs.
- Prescribes and employs medical therapies, recommends interventions for health risks, and performs procedures in accordance with approved policies.
- Formulates and implements patient treatment plans based on assessments, evidence-based medicine, and professional guidelines.
- Counsels patients about medical processes, medication management, nutrition, and health promotion.
- Maintains accurate records detailing patient treatment plans and outcomes.
- Provides consultation services for conditions related to specialty, level of experience, and training.
Key Success Factors :
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Outpatient.
