Level 1 Phone support
On Site in Hauppauge Office
- Provides technical support in resolving network and computer hardware or software issues to external customers
- Provide after hour support as needed.
Experience : (Minimum 2 years of required experience must be listed)
Technical Competencies :
Exposure or knowledge of the following :
o Microsoft Windows Server and services including DHCP, DNS, IIS, Terminal Server
o ActiveSync and supported smart phones
o Antivirus, Firewalls and / or Security Solutions
Personal Competencies :
light lifting required
