Your Job
Report to the DON and/or facility admin regarding staffing and scheduling
Manage full-time, per diem, and (in some cases) travel staff schedule requests
Input open shifts into a scheduling system
Filing the paperwork and reports of inpatients quickly and accurately.
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time for assigned shifts.
Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
Routinely makes rounds and responsively provides proper resident care and service.
Other duties as assigned by management

Able to work independently and effectively in a busy environment
Motivated and organized team-player
Ability to process and relay urgent communications in a timely manner
Detail-oriented, computer literate, and have excellent communication skills
High School Graduate or equivalent
