Position Details:
Full-time Hospice RN On-Call (Weekends)
"Day Shift": Friday 5p-11p, Saturday/Sunday 8a-11p
"Night Shift" : Friday/Saturday/Sunday 9p-10a
Marion County, Hamilton County, Madison County, Howard County, and surrounding communities

Job Functions:
Provide clinical visits and assessments as needed during on-call shift
Obtains all necessary physician orders and collaborates with physician as patient's needs dictate.
Assists in developing a pain management and symptoms management plan to keep the patient as comfortable as possible. Reassess pain and notifies the provider on call when pain is not manageable on the current medications.
Responds to the physical, mental, social and emotional needs of terminally ill patients and families.
Requirements
Experience:
One year Hospice experience strongly desired.
1 Year Of RN Experience Required
Credentials:
Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Indiana
Current driver's license
Must have reliable transportation and insurance
