Wake Robin is pleased to offer training opportunities that can lead to stable and fulfilling employment at Wake Robin for the right candidates. Our LNA training program is offered at NO cost for those who continue their career at Wake Robin, and is offered while you work, so that there is no break in your income. At Wake Robin, we know that providing training builds excellent skills as a nursing assistant and, as importantly, promotes a resident-centered care approach that sets us apart from the rest.
Here's how our program works:
Apply! We will screen each candidate. Those with a background in care-giving for similar populations will be preferred. Top candidates will be invited to Wake Robin for an interview and a tour of the facility.
Those selected for the program will be offered paid employment as a PCA with Wake Robin for the duration of the course.
Those who pass the course with the recommendation of the instructor, and pass the State LNA exam, will be offered continued full or part-time employment as an LNA at Wake Robin on either the day or evening shift.
The cost of the program is $1,785. This fee does not include the cost of testing or licensure. these fees are waved as long as our candidates remain employed for 1 year. If not, the fee is prorated based on length of service.

Due to our vulnerable resident population the COVID vaccine is highly recommended but not required.
