Job Overview:
Coosa Valley Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing or nursing department Manager.
Position Details:
Evening (3p-11p) Openings - 2
Night (11p-7a) Openings - 1

Pay - Pay is $25.00-$29.00/hour based upon years of experience.
Benefits - health, dental, vision, supplemental, and 401K.
Bonuses & Shift Differential - We offer birthday pay, holiday pay, and referral bonuses as well as shift differentials.
Duties:
Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc, as necessary.
Develop work assignments, and/or assist in completing and performing such tasks.
Ensure that established policies and procedures, including dress codes, are followed by all departmental personnel.
Provide direct nursing care.
Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures. Sign and date all entries made in the resident's medical record.
