We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nursing with skilled nursing management experience to step into a full-time, 32-hour/week role at our facility as an LPN Unit Manager.

- 4 days/a week
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shift
- On-call rotation every 4 weeks

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour over-sight of the unit.
- Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNA's.
- Ensure resident care and documentation is following HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare.
- Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate.
- Work collaborative with other departments, assists ADON, working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses.
- Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
- Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must possess and maintain a current Licensed Practical Nursing from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
- 2-3 years of long-term care (preferred)
- Supervisory experience
- Must be punctual, dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be team-oriented
