Come join our growing Operations department! Partner Services Advisors help make the lease process smooth and easy so customers can focus on growing their business. You will help these businesses grow by answering questions about our lease program. You will help them move lease opportunities forward by teaching, solving problems, and following up. You will work closely with business owners, customers, our sales team, and everyone in between.
Compensation: $20/hr
Modality: Hybrid (2 work from home days per month, opportunity to earn more days based on performance)
FLSA Exemption: Exempt or Non-Exempt (USA ONLY)
Schedule: 7:30AM - 9:30AM (start) 4PM - 6PM (End)

You will help these businesses grow by answering questions about our lease program. You will help them move lease opportunities forward by teaching, solving problems, and following up. What You'll Be Doing
- Address incoming phone calls, chats, texts, and email requests from partners and customers including but not limited to:
- The online application process
- Lease agreement finalization
- Invoicing
- Payments
- Other general customer inquiries
- Proactively reach out to partners and customers to answer questions and solve problems regarding their account, complete the follow-up process
- Ability to ask probing questions and identify underlying needs
- Work with our partners to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices
- Sales team support – work closely with our Clicklease Sales team to drive funding
- MUST have a Positive Attitude and a true willingness to “Do Whatever It Takes”
- Coachability and flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Creative problem solving and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- 1 year minimum contact center or customer-facing experience
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Tech savvy and experienced using multiple applications and tools simultaneously
- Ability to adhere to a set schedule (must be willing to work rotating Saturdays)
- Financial Services and/or Leasing experience helpful
- High School Graduate/Higher Education preferred
