Compensation : $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience
Modality : Hybrid
FLSA Exemption : Exempt
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
What you'll be doing :
Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, including executives, senior management, customers, and partners.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product and improve the customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies and use this knowledge to drive product innovation and improve the company's competitive position.
What you have :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Experience taking B2B SaaS from idea stage through experimentation and ultimately to market delivery
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience evangelizing and advocating for your product or idea.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, along with understanding how to use agile tools like Jira, Trello or Asana.
Understanding design tools like Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of documentation tools like Confluence or Notion.
Knowledge of the technology industry and emerging trends.
Proficient with Google Analytics, Optimize and Data Studio.
What will make you stand out :
Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
Basic coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with product management in one or more of the following : fintech, e-commerce
Knowledge of A / B testing for optimizing products, including creating test plans with clear hypotheses and limits variables for accurate interpretation
