Compensation : $17 – 19 / hour
Modality : On-Site
FLSA Exemption : Exempt
Schedule : 8 am – 5 pm Monday - Friday
What you'll be doing
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.) and phone calls
Create and update records and databases
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
Review and analyze special reports, summarize information, and identify trends
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, retrieval, and disposal of records
Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies related to title documentation
Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
Intake of titles and completing releases

Must possess strong written and outstanding verbal and listening skills
Ability to stay focused, be efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities
Must be organized, personable, analytical, and a capable problem-solver
Work well alone or as a member of a team
Must be courteous and professional when dealing with internal and external customers, will need to be assertive on occasion
Must be able to receive and follow instructions given by management, work to resolve unique problems
What will make you stand out :
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years administration experience in a professional office setting
Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology tool quickly
